Detailed instructions for using the vacuum enema machine
Operation sequence:
After disinfection of the impeller, blades, and flange of the vacuum enema machine, they are installed on the machine in the order of installation. First fix the impeller, then install it with the blade opening facing downwards, and then press down on the centering flange to restore the hopper and reset the locking switch.
There are three types of work modes that can be switched at this time——
(1) Direct method: When selecting the direct method, you should press the direct confirmation button at the bottom of the screen, turn on the vacuum pump, and turn on the filling switch. When the knee touches the knee switch, the material will be expelled. This method is suitable for rectal filling.
(2) Manual mode: During filling, manual mode can quantitatively output the quantity of materials. After confirming the manual mode, set the quantity accordingly. At this point, the quantity can be set as needed. Turn on the vacuum pump and filling switch. Once the knee control switch is touched, the material will be discharged once. The manual working mode can be connected to the twisting machine to complete the twisting process. When connecting with the twisting machine, the twisting system should be connected first, a suitable filling tube should be installed, the twisting link should be selected, and then the twisting confirmation should be made. The servo motor should be started, the number of twisting coils should be selected, the servo motor speed should be adjusted, the vacuum pump and filling signal should be turned on. At this time, lightly touch the knee control switch, and the machine will continue to twist. Touch it again to stop.
(3) Automatic mode: The automatic mode is connected to the clock in machine and mutually restricts the filling signal. After confirming the automatic mode, select the number of grams to be filled. At this point, select the appropriate filling tube and connect it to the punch card machine. Start the vacuum pump and load the filling signal. The signal transmitted from the punch card machine will complete one feeding of the vacuum enema machine.
Adjustment of clock in machine: The clock in machine adopts pneumatic clock in. The card itself is an aluminum card. The upper and lower knives are used to cut the card into a circular shape and clamp the outer shell. The punching machine can only be used when connected to a vacuum enema machine. There is a clear prompt button on the punch screen. When the punching button is pressed, one punching can be completed. Do not use the empty punch twice in a row, as this will damage the cutting tools of the punch. In the case of suppressing a single action, the vacuum enema machine can perform one filling and one punching operation. When selecting linkage, continuous filling and punching operations can be achieved.

When starting the equipment, the vacuum enema machine should be turned on first, synchronized with the pulley, and ensure that there are no foreign objects inside the slicing device before starting the power supply. When repairing the vacuum enema machine with rotating components and high-voltage power supply, first disconnect and lock the power supply, visually confirm that the equipment has completely stopped, and then remove the cover plate and protective plate. Excessive accumulation of sausage filling at the cutting site affects cutting efficiency. Do not use abrasive materials, metal tools, iron brushes, or sandpaper to clean any parts during cleaning. If necessary, use wooden or plastic tools to scrape.
